Anthony holds a first class honours degree in chemistry from the University of Durham.

As a dual-qualified patent and trade mark attorney, he handles the patent portfolios for several multinational chemical companies, as well as an extensive trade marks practice, specialising in the retail field.

With over 30 years’ experience, Anthony has advised a wide range of clients, including start-ups, universities and multi-nationals, with particular patents expertise in high performance polymers, packaging, medical devices and oil and gas chemicals and processes.

Drawing on his wealth of experience, he is able to adopt a pragmatic, commercial approach when advising on the strengths/weaknesses of clients’ positions and in advising on and resolving disputes.
