Hannah has worked in the IP industry for over seven years.

She assists with a variety of trade mark matters – including assisting clients with devising a strategy for their trade mark portfolio, obtaining trade mark protection and trade mark maintenance. She is experienced in dealing with trade mark infringement matters, particularly in the automotive sector. She also assists clients with obtaining registered design protection and dealing with company name disputes.

She works with many start-ups as well as multinational companies in a wide range of sectors. She has a particular interest in the fashion, beauty and luxury sector and has worked with clients in these areas to expand their scope of IP protection.

Hannah has extensive involvement with CITMA – she has contributed to the CITMA Review publication and has spoken on a CITMA panel event. She is also a member of the CITMA Diversity & Inclusion committee.

Prior to working in the IP industry, she gained commercial experience working in the regulatory department of a global medical devices company.
