With a detailed knowledge of organic chemistry and chemical science, Jennifer works with a range of clients, including multinational corporates, SMEs and universities.

She has extensive expertise in obtaining protection for difficult inventions in the chemical field where the prior art is very close, for example relating to selection inventions or a new use of a known compound.

Jennifer prosecutes patents throughout the world and has considerable knowledge of patent systems in a number of countries, with significant experience of European Patent Office (EPO) opposition and appeal proceedings and advice on third party rights.
