Rachel helps clients to protect their trade mark rights with strategies tailored to suit each client’s individual needs.
Rachel specialises in trade mark prosecution and has assisted a number of high-profile clients within the food and drink and retail sectors.
Rachel has dealt with various trade mark matters including clearance/searching, trade mark filing strategies, prosecution and opposition proceedings. She has also worked on a large international assignment recordal programme. Rachel has given a number of talks on trade marks and she has also contributed to the CITMA Magazine.
Rachel has worked in the legal profession for over fifteen years. Graduating in 2010 with a degree in Law, Rachel has since completed the CITMA ‘Trade Mark Administrators Course’, the University of Queen Mary ‘Postgraduate Certificate in Trade Marks Law and Practice’ and obtained the ‘Professional Certificate in Trade Mark Practice Intellectual Property Litigation’ at Nottingham Trent University.
