Vishal is a qualified trade mark attorney, who assists clients with clearing and enforcing their intellectual property (IP) rights by providing tailor-made strategic advice. He works in both contentious and non-contentious IP matters, including trade marks, designs and copyright.

Vishal assists and advises clients on all aspects of trade mark issues namely, pre and post filing advice, oppositions, recordals and assignments, co-existence agreements, cease and desist letters, international filing strategy and portfolio management. Vishal works with a variety of clients ranging from SMEs to large corporations across a range of sectors, including digital technology, media, electronics, food & beverage, clothing & fashion, beauty & cosmetics, health & wellbeing, household goods and many others. Additionally, Vishal offers advice relating to design or copyright issues in the UK ranging from subsistence of the rights to advising on disputes.

Vishal graduated with degree in politics & international relations at the University of Nottingham. He has also completed a graduate diploma in law and the Legal Practice Course Master of Laws (General) LLM at the University of Law with a distinction, with a masters research report in intellectual property. He then completed the Certificate in Trade Mark Law and Practice at Queen Mary’s University of London and the Professional Certificate in Trade Mark Practice at Nottingham Trent University before qualifying as a chartered trade mark attorney.
